A-Listings: Celebrity Real Estate On The Market

By Alexa Rozzi

Guess which A-lister put this 30,000-square-foot mansion on the market.

Harvey Levin
It’s no real estate rumor that Harvey Levins, owner and managing editor of entertainment news source TMZ, has listed his 2,996-square-foot West Hollywood home. The Spanish-style villa hit the market this week with an asking price of $5.3 million, according to RealEstalker.com.

Wherever Levin moves next, celebrities living within a five mile radius of his new home beware: being neighbors with the Gossip King himself puts stars in the direct line of paparazzi fire, giving Levin easy access to quality TMZ material.

Kanye West
Kanye West publicly listed his ultra-modern Hollywood Hills mansion for  $3.995 million as he and realty TV star Kim Kardashian get ready for parenthood in their new Bel Air Crest mansion.

According to AOL Real Estate, the rapper’s 4,214-square-foot home is completely controlled by computers, has an aquarium wall and is adorned with life size Toy Story and Star Wars characters. If West tweaks the the computer controls to create a state-of-the-art baby monitor, installs it in the baby’s room along with his giant Buzz Lightyear doll, he’ll be well on his way to becoming father-of-the-year.

Armand Marcioano
Guess how much Armand Marciano listed his Benedict Canyon Estate for this week…

The co-founder of  Guess? Inc. put his 30,000 square-foot home on the market with an asking price of $54.4 million. That’s $8.5 million less than what the fashion designer asked two years ago when he listed the Beverly-Crest area estate for $63 million.

The Mediterranean mansion has three stories including an elevator, nine fireplaces, 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms. Outside, there is a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, pool house, outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, tennis court, pavilion and orchards.
