Cruise purchased the 2,200-square-foot condo in 1984, right after his breakout role in “Risky Business.” According to therealdeal.com, this movie star is looking to escape New York City and find a quiet home in Westchester or Connecticut.

Baren Cohen and his wife actress Isla Fischer, are selling their 2,806-square-foot home — with its beamed ceilings, open floor plan, outdoor living space and multi-level deck — because the couple spends more time in their New York apartment.
