Luxury real estate conference “The Key 2012″ provides industry insight through speakers, networking, panels and more

New York, NY – Capitalizing on its continued success in the sale of unique, high-end properties nationwide, top auction firm Concierge Auctions gathered more than 70 luxury real estate leaders from Hawaii to New York to learn about the latest industry trends through networking and a host of speakers and panelists. The Key 2012, the first national conference held by Concierge, commenced December 12-14 at the Mandalay Bay Conference Center in Las Vegas, NV.

Bill Rancic, an entrepreneur, author, TV personality and restaurateur, served as the keynote speaker. Rancic shared his entrepreneurial experiences ranging from childhood business ideas to his cigar-of-the-month club and being named the first-ever winner of the NBC hit show “The Apprentice” with Donald Trump.

Other guest speakers included Ben Pace, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Global Investment Solutions for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in the U.S., who gave his take on real-time global market dynamics and the impact on high-end real estate sales; Morgan Brennan of Forbes, who reported on real estate market trends, luxury real estate news and her 2013 industry forecast; and Marc Davison, Co-Founder of 1000Watt Consulting, who, with more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, advertising and marketing, encouraged attendees to step outside of the box and defy the norm with their online presence.

“At Concierge Auctions, we are always striving for innovation. We envisioned a conference that would allow us and our respected colleagues from across the country to brainstorm and share ideas on everything from market trends and social media to entrepreneurship and networking,” stated Laura Brady, President of Concierge Auctions. “We invited smart, savvy and influential guest speakers to share their knowledge and provide tools on how to build upon success. The conference was informative and interesting, and of course we managed to have fun as well. Concierge is committed to expanding its network, and we look forward to hosting similar, successful events in the future.”

In addition to the guest speakers, there was also a real estate panel and an industry panel. Guests were welcomed by a cocktail reception at MIX Lounge, and later enjoyed dinner at TAO Asian Bistro, followed by the Cirque du Soleil show “KÁ”.

The New York City-based luxury real estate auction firm plans to hold The Key conference annually.
