Promoting U.S. Properties in China

For some agents, advertising their properties only to U.S buyers may just be the start of their real estate repertoire. According to a blog post published by Haute Living Real Estate Network on March 28th, Joyce Rey, Chris Cortazzo and others are looking to integrate China into their listings.

The post explains that accomplished and noteworthy real estate professionals are looking to expand marketing their U.S listings on the foreign markets. China is one area that catches their particular attention for promotion. The blogger, Alexandra Delgado, reports that Joyce Rey, a luxury real estate agent based in Beverly Hills, was one of the first realtors to market her listings in China by visiting Shanghai’s Coldwell Banker office, holding a press conference in China and hosting a night event showcasing her current properties.

Malibu’s Chris Cortazzo also joins the list. According to the post, Cortazzo has jumped in on the action by traveling to boost promotion of his listings and adding his properties to Caimeiju, a Chinese real estate marketing website.
