A Masterpiece with MISSONI

MISSONI is taking on a new design venture, quite different from the luxury of a high-end knit sweater. The Italian design team launched MISSONIHOME, broadening its creative offerings from just the runway. But now, MISSONIHOME is teaming up with Century Properties to create a 52-story residential tower in the Philippines.

According to a press release, the design team has paired up with hotels in Kuwait and Edinburgh, but has never been the interior design brand of a strictly residential tower. Branded in the Acqua Livingstone tower, the MISSONI designs will visualize in bold colors, fabulous patterns and eye-catching prints on wall and floor surfaces and also on the furniture designed by the company.

The units are said to range in size from 27 square meters to 140 square meters and are priced between $82,000 and $613,000 for the first tranche. What seems to be capturing awe is the tower’s amenity-filled complex named, The Canopy. Decked in MISSONI, The Canopy is placed at the the skydeck of the tower, and “serves as the pinnacle of MISSONIHOME’s design imprint,” according to a press release from Century Properties. Suspended in the sky, the two-level modern complex is constructed with a bottom-floor dedicated to a business center, an indoor and outdoor gym, Jacuzzi, a library and spa. Above it, an area for entertainment with a pool with swim up bar and more.
