The 25 is a new print and digital magazine that takes a different approach to the promotion of luxury real estate. The 25 is all about telling the stories of a select number of exceptional homes – 25 in all – in an editorial format designed by Unique Homes. The minimum price point will be $5 million.

A professional writer will interview you, the listing agent, as the source to create a narrative that will engage the reader in a way that typical advertising cannot.

Each property layout will be a minimum of four pages, allowing for an extensive use of photography to accompany the property’s story. Photo captions and an “At A Glance” listing of the home’s major attributes will complement the information available in the editorial, and there will be space at the end of the story for your contact information, logo and headshot.

Print distribution of The 25 will be on newsstands in airports and bookstores as well as on exclusive newsstands in more than 50 countries throughout the world. In addition to a presence on UniqueHomes.com, digital distribution will be to an international list of 100,000, including affluent individuals in Europe, Russia and China.
