Actor Jack Nicholson Lists Malibu Home For Sale
Academy Award winning actor Jack Nicholson has listed his Malibu residence for sale at $4.25 million, the L.A. Times is reporting. Built in 1966, the one-story ranch home features a tennis court, putting green, swimming pool, grotto-style spa and a separate caretaker home. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and maid’s quarters are laid out over 2,313 square feet of living space.
The 73-year-old actor purchased the property in 1977 and owns multiple properties in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Rodrigo Iglesias and Richard Hilton of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills, are the listing agents.
