Charlie Sheen Set to Purchase “Black Swan” Producer’s Home

According to people familiar with the wheelings and dealings of tiger-blooded celebrities (and The Wall Street Journal), Charlie Sheen is in escrow to purchase a new home in the Beverly Hills area.

Owned by Mike Medavoy, who produced “Black Swan” and serves as chief executive of Phoenix Pictures, the home is listed for $7.5 million and is close to Sheen’s current residence. The 9,000 square-foot Mediterranean-style estate has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen and bar, two terraces and a heated veranda that overlooks a swimming pool. The sensational Internet video series, “Sheen’s Korner,” could potentially be relocated to the home’s library, spacious butler’s pantry or formal dining room—all of which underwent extensive renovations and feature views of the city and mountains.

The 45-year-old actor, who has claimed to have cured himself of drug and alcohol addiction, stared in the CBS show “Two and a Half Men” until it recently halted production. Sheen currently lives with his two girlfriends/goddesses.

Neither Sheen’s manager nor Medavoy could be reached for comment by The Wall Street Journal.
