Luxury Rental Plays Host to Bravo’s ‘The Fashion Show’
Contestants on the second season of Bravo TV’s “The Fashion Show” will be taking up residence in Manhattan’s new 505W37. The luxury rental building, in the up-and-coming Hudson Yards neighborhood, will house the 12 designers in 10 studio-through-two-bedroom apartments during the filming of the hit reality show. Placing the contestants in the sleek towers was an easy decision for both Bravo producers and neighborhood pioneers and developers of 505W37, TF Cornerstone.
“The combination of fashion powerhouse Isaac Mizrahi coupled with iconic supermodel Iman sealed the deal for us,” says Sofia Estevez of TF Cornerstone. “505W37 is conveniently located near the Garment District where designers have easy access to New York’s best designer fabrics and it’s at walking distance to Times Square, 34th Street and Herald Square.”
Each apartment features hardwood floors, high ceilings, kitchens with high-gloss white cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and modern bathrooms with subway tile, mosaic floors and marble accents. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout provide outstanding views, ranging from the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty on the west and the iconic Chrysler Building and Empire State Building just to the east. Additionally, many of the units include oversized balconies or terraces perfect for entertaining and alfresco dining.
505W37 boasts a central amenity area that includes a Wi-Fi enabled clubroom, café and TV lounge; a catering kitchen; card-operated laundry; chic 24-hour attended lobby; fully-equipped, top-of-the-line gym; and wWeb-enabled concierge and valet services. Residents can also enjoy a second floor terrace outfitted with several seating areas, reflecting pools and a wide variety of tall trees, shrubs and flowers. A roof deck on the 37th floor features a kitchen, lounge areas, billiards room, library and screening area.
Conveniently located on 10th Avenue and 37th Street is the highlight of Hudson Yards, a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood on Manhattan’s West Side. 505W37 is just a short walk away from Hudson River Park, Bryant Park, the northernmost third of the High Line, the Javits Center and Madison Square Garden, as well as major transportation hubs such as the Port Authority, Penn Station and the Lincoln Tunnel.
