Texas resort community reports strong lot sales
Matthews Southwest, one of the region’s most progressive developers, today announces a projected more-than-100-percent year-over-year increase in residential lot sales at The Tribute Resort Community on the shores of Lewisville Lake.
According to company president Jack Matthews, Matthews Southwest is charting an aggressive sales, marketing and builder partnership course for the amenity-rich master-planned community in 2011.
“The increase in sales is proof that even in this tough economy, buyers and builders recognize The Tribute is the ideal location to live, work and play,” says Matthews. “Heading into 2011 we are committed to continuing to grow the community and offer the types of amenities homeowners are seeking out.”
