Miami Beach has a new celebrity on the block. Dwayne Wade, guard for the Miami Heat, has recently purchased a home in Miami Beach, Florida for $10.65 million.
Located on North Bay Road, this gated, Mediterranean-style property features 6 to 8 bedrooms (reports vary), 13,000 square feet of living area, and 150 feet of bay frontage. The home also boasts a tennis court, which Wayne reportedly plans to convert to a basketball court. A guesthouse and air-conditioned doghouse is also included.
The 28-year-old NBA player reportedly viewed more than 50 residences before choosing this property as his new home.
