“If you could live in any state in the country, except the state you live in now, what state would you choose to live in?”
Harris Interactive released the data from its 2010 poll asking which state is most desired for residence.
Harris Interactive is one of the world’s leading custom market research firms, and conducts a poll annually dealing with desirability of each state. Here are the top 10:
California- Hawaii
- Florida
- Colorado
- Arizona
- North Carolina
- Oregon
- Texas
- New York
- Washington
The results of this survey came from 2,620 adults surveyed between September 14 and September 20, 2010. The respondents to the survey were selected from among those who have agreed to participate.
With further research, Harris Interactive released a similar poll concerning which cities people would most like to live in. Here are the top 10:
1. New York, NY
2. San Diego, CA
3. Las Vegas, NV
4. Seattle, WA
5. San Francisco, CA
6. Los Angeles, CA
7. Nashville, TN
8. Atlanta, GA
9. Denver, CO
10. Boston, MA
