$49 million Penthouse in San Francisco
The Museum Tower Penthouse atop the five-star-rated St. Regis Hotel & Residences in San Francisco is special. No, it’s extraordinary. And although at first the $49 million price tag may seem extreme, it’s easy to see that this upscale space is quite literally taking luxury and city living to new heights.
Designed by the award-winning interior design firm Orlando Diaz-Azcuy Design Associates, the spacious penthouse features more than 20,000 square feet, 2,900 of which are devoted to terraces throughout the home.
