Trump Plaza Residences Jersey City Featured on HGTV

exteriorbldgcolor1-300x199On Sunday, June 13 at 10 p.m., HGTV premiered its fifth season of the top-rated design competition show, HGTV Design Star. The Trump Plaza Residences in Jersey City, New Jersey’s tallest residential condominium tower, will be featured in a two-episode challenge.

The challenge: After being split up into two teams, the finalists are to design a two-bedroom residence within the 55-story building. Mr. Donald Trump, Jr. himself will appear on the show as a guest judge to assist with the final assessments of the model residences, which provide scenic views of the Manhattan skyline. The 12 contestants are competing for the ultimate prize: wining their own design show on the HGTV network.

The 443-unit residential condominium tower situated immediately across the Hudson River from New York City is ideal for anyone interested in the ultimate luxury lifestyle. The homes are offered in one-, two- and three-bedrooms, ranging in size to as large as 1,599 square feet. In addition, the building offers around the clock concierge service, a dining room with catering kitchen, a screening room and game room, an in-house spa, a business center equipped with internet access, a glass-enclosed fitness center, a lawn area with impressive landscaping, a heated pool with comfortable cabanas, and an outside children’s “tot lot”.
