Technology & Real Estate Go Hand-in-Hand
Real Estate Connect San Francisco 2010 will offer attendees a chance to learn from the best and brightest in the industry on how technology plays a pivotal role in the world of real estate. From July13-15 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, more than 150 speakers will help aspiring Realtors “market like a rock star,” connecting them to the tools they need to excel in the industry.
Of the dozens of experts, seven innovative keynote speakers stand out:
Alexis Ohanian is a co-founder of Reddit (pictured), a bookmarking website that allows users to control the popularity of certain news stories by voting them up or down.
The tech-savvy Robert Scoble is the author of Naked Conversations: How Blogs Are Changing the Way Businesses Talk with Customers. A former Microsoft employee, Scoble was once a video blogger for Fast Company, a business magazine devoted to cutting-edge innovations in the business world.
Realtor.com president Errol Samuelson will also speak at the event. Samuelson is also President of Top Producer Systems and the Vice President of Move, Inc., another real estate website.
Dr. Gary Flake works for Microsoft, helping to develop the company’s business strategy for online services through advertising, content and applications. Flake also founded Yahoo! Research Labs and is an award-winning author for his book The Computational Beauty of Nature.
Search engine optimization (SEO) specialist Jessie Stricchiola is the co-author of The Art of SEO and the founder of Alchemist Media, which is based in San Francisco.
Wendy Lea is the CEO of Get Satisfaction, a company that strives to help businesses build stronger relationships with their customers through the use of social media.
Matt Galligan is the CEO and co-founder of SimpleGeo, a technology that “makes it easier to add geo-aware features to applications.”
