Maxwell Place Townhomes in High Demand

Toll Brothers instates two price increases in the last three months

Toll_Maxwell_27HOBOKEN, NJ – As Wall Street continues to steady, and bankers are confidently returning as buyers to the luxury real estate market, Maxwell Place in Hoboken has sold the fifth of 10 townhomes at Maxwell Place.

Due to the uptick in townhome sales, Toll Brothers has instated two price increases in the last three months, the last totaling $100,000.

“Hoboken is a dynamic city with an eternal appeal to luxury buyers who enjoy the conveniences of Manhattan, while wishing to live just outside,” commented Ben Jogodnik, senior vice president of Toll Brothers City Living. “More specifically, the townhomes at Maxwell Place offer luxury buyers a unique product – a three story townhome with a permanently unobstructed Manhattan skyline view and all the modern luxury amenities and conveniences.”

The townhomes at Maxwell Place, starting at $1,867,995, range from 2,767 to 3,212 square feet. Each townhome consists of a ground level with a kitchen, full bath, dining area and living area, a mezzanine level with a den/television area and full bath, and a bedroom level with two bedrooms and two full baths.  The townhomes boast luxury finishes and Viking appliances, and enjoy all of Maxwell Place’s amenities, which include Club Maxwell, a rooftop swimming pool and lounge, a waterfront park, health and fitness center, 24-hour concierge service, on-site stores and restaurants, shuttle service to the Path, and a location steps from the Manhattan Ferry.

“These townhomes are a rare commodity,” said Jogodnik.  “We’ve sold half, and with the recent pickup in luxury shoppers, we anticipate to sell the other half very soon.”
