Custom Home Builder Sells $3 Million Florida Townhome
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — In March, National Custom Homes of Boca Raton, Fla., closed on the sale of one of its new luxury townhomes in nearby Deerfield Beach. Featuring three stories, approximately 4,123 square feet and direct intracoastal frontage, the residence sold for $3 million.

An additional end residence is priced at $2.95 million and the two inside residences are offered for $2.75 million each.
