Classic British Furniture Company Launches in the U.S.
As a move toward creating a more international profile, one of Britain’s sought-after furniture makers is bringing its premium-quality furniture to the United States.
Bevan Funnell, creator of craftsman-made wooden furniture, is staging the official U.S. launch of his new Buckingham Range and other traditional English furniture at the High Point Market in North Carolina, April 17-22, 2010.
Inspired by 18th century English furniture and ranging from traditional to the contemporary, the Buckingham Range features more than 200 products available in 12 veneer combinations. All items are hand finished to an extremely high quality.
The collection includes furniture for dining, living and office space as well as curios, chests and more to complement any up-market home or office.
“Bevan Funnell has continually incorporated new technologies into its manufacturing,” said Stephen Manning, Funnell’s export sales director. “The result is a perfect marriage of modern production techniques and traditional styling. This is the crème de la crème of English-made furniture for discerning customers.”
