Cher’s Hawaii Estate Up For Auction
Award-winning singer and pop culture icon Cher
is auctioning off her 6-bedroom, 6-bath and two-half-bath residence in the Hualalai Resort, a luxury community on the North Kona coast of Hawaii’s Big Island.
The Balinese-style luxury residence, totaling 8,821 square feet, was completed in December 2009. Inside the gated courtyard reveals a main house with a master wing, great room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor living area and infinity pool with spa overlooking the resort’s golf course and a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. Additionally, five bungalows surround the property – four that are residential plus a media bungalow.
The auction, hosted by Concierge Auctions, will take place January 18. Cher’s estate has never been offered for sale and the pre-auction estimate ranges between $8 and $12 million.
Additionally, the auction will feature four other luxury properties, including an oceanfront home at Kuki’o Beach Club and Residence, which has been previously offered for $8.45 million. Find more information about the auction here.
