A pocket-sized apartment in Manhattan that holds two people and two cats was bought three months ago for $150,000, according to the New York Post and curbed.com.
This 175-square-foot studio on 110th Street belongs to Zaarath and Christopher Prokop, two accountants, who make their subway-car-sized home work by using every available space.
