More house or more land?
I just returned from a vacation, and in going through some old emails I found a Wall Street Journal Q&A from last month that asks an age-old question: Is it better to purchase a newer, larger home on a tiny lot or is it better to buy an older, smaller home with a larger lot with room to expand?
